Become a top chef and enjoy an Asian-inspired meal. Since it’s good to step away from the traditional once in a while, today we bring you a recipe that, while made from a traditional cut like ribs, has a unique twist to leave your guests with a smile and a mouthful of deliciously fused flavors.

Ingredients for Korean-Style Barbecue Ribs (for 4 people):

  • 4 beef ribs
  • 100g of kimchi
  • 100g of rosemary honey
  • 50g of soy sauce

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, mix the honey with the kimchi and soy sauce using a spoon (to avoid incorporating air).
  2. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180°C with the grill on.
  4. Remove the ribs from their vacuum seal and let them rest for 10 minutes to bring to room temperature.
  5. Once the glaze is ready, place the ribs on a baking tray.
  6. Roast for 15 minutes or until the ribs develop a nice golden color.
  7. Serve with sautéed vegetables, lightly tossed with sesame oil.

Enjoy this fusion of flavors that brings a touch of Korea to your kitchen!
