Korean-Style barbecue ribs, an exotic and different recipe
Become a top chef and enjoy an Asian-inspired meal. Since it’s good to step away from the traditional once in a while, today we bring you a recipe that, while made from a traditional cut like ribs, has a unique twist to leave your guests with a smile and a mouthful of deliciously fused flavors.
Ingredients for Korean-Style Barbecue Ribs (for 4 people):
- 4 beef ribs
- 100g of kimchi
- 100g of rosemary honey
- 50g of soy sauce
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, mix the honey with the kimchi and soy sauce using a spoon (to avoid incorporating air).
- Cook on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C with the grill on.
- Remove the ribs from their vacuum seal and let them rest for 10 minutes to bring to room temperature.
- Once the glaze is ready, place the ribs on a baking tray.
- Roast for 15 minutes or until the ribs develop a nice golden color.
- Serve with sautéed vegetables, lightly tossed with sesame oil.
