Why is Roast Beef the ideal roast?

Roast Beef is irresistible when cooked at a low temperature. Keeping it at low heat ensures that all the juices are retained in the meat, enhancing its delicious flavor.

A Roast Beef cut typically weighs around 1.7 kilograms and can be divided into 8 to 10 servings. If there are fewer diners, you can opt for half a piece, or even decide to cut the portions smaller or larger depending on your preference. Generally, the meat slices are cut about 2 or 3 millimeters thick.

To avoid losing juiciness and changing the color of the Roast Beef, it’s recommended not to reheat it in the microwave. Instead, let it come to room temperature first, and then drizzle it with sauce heated over low heat until fully warmed.

To serve Roast Beef, it’s recommended to place the slices slightly folded, accompanied by truffled mashed potatoes and caramelized onions, previously heated separately over low heat. As a decorative touch, you can add a sprig of rosemary.
